THE HOW

2018

This training program has been presented by Monstrante since 2017. Another group of principals, deputy-principals and senior staff of several prominent schools completed this program successfully from 21 February to 7 November 2018 and earned themselves 100 CPTD points accredited by SACE.

2018 - 2019

In 2018 Monstrante also developed a program in leadership. The first module of this program was presented by Carin Rijnen to the young leaders of the Afrikaanse Hoër Meisieskool Pretoria at their RSC-camp in October 2018. This group of learners will attend and complete the other 7 modules of this program in 2019. Several other leadership programmes for a broader market are being developed by Monstrante in 2019.

2017

Principals, deputy principals and senior staff members of six schools in Tshwane, successfully completed the 10 modules of Monstrante's training programme on Corporate Management in Schools - The How, from 15 March to 22 November 2017. The feedback received from this group was very positive and all of these individuals are seen by Monstrante as ambassadors in respect of this program  Congratulations to everyone in this group. Monstrante is proud of you and wishes you all the best in implementing what you have learned about corporate governance, as well as the successful management of your schools.

2018 -2019

The Executive teams of Akademia, Sol-Tech and Solidariteit Beleggingsmaatskappy subscribed to 5 of the modules of Monstrante’s training program on Corporate Management in Organisations – The How. They have completed three modules successfully and the other two modules will be completed early in 2019.
